Athens-Limestone Fishing University Filmed Episode To Air in March 2018The City of Athens, Limestone Count Commission and Athens-Limestone County Tourism worked to bring Fishing University to Athens and Limestone County. The lure of Wheeler Lake/Tennessee River spoke for itself with national tournaments using it annually including... the Alabama Bass Trail and the Cabela King Kat Tournament. Producers needed to learn more about the community and have certain accesses granted - and that's when both local governments and tourism stepped in. Permits were granted, financial support provided, and highlights of our communities with things to do and see rounding out the information. Host Charlie Ingram and Ray Brazier like to spend time with area students encouraging them to participate in angling in January. Both host join the Limestone County Career and Tech School students to learn about the show, angling, and spent time on a little question and answer. The host rounded out the filming with a little time on the water trying to get the Bass to bite. If you want to see how the episode has come together, here's the schedule of the first airing of the Athens-Limestone episode. Wednesday, March 21
Thursday, March 22
Friday, March 23
Saturday, March 24
Sunday, March 25
