... function as a signalized intersection. The signal will operate from 6:30AM to 8:30 AM and 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Remaining times during weekdays and on Saturday and Sunday will operate in “flash” mode. During “flash” times vehicles traveling east/west on Capshaw Road should proceed through the intersection’s yellow signal with caution. Vehicles on Sanderson Road approaching Capshaw Road should treat the intersection as stop controlled.
