Spring Krusher Century Ride 2018 Takes to Noah Bike Trail Saturday May 5th

... returning to these communities and feature choice of 30.2 (31) miles, 62.5 (63) miles and 103.7 (103) miles for cyclist to enjoy. The 31 Mile ride is for anyone who'd like to give a try and at an organized distance ride while the 63 and 103 Mile rides will wind through scenic countryside, challenge with hills, and test the mettle of riders.
The race begins at Elkmont High School (25630 Evans Avenue in Elkmont) with day of registration at 6:30AM before riders are gathered at the starting lines for a staggered start depending on race distance starting at 8:00AM. If riding isn't your thing, volunteers are always needed to make the event happen. Individuals, families, groups, and organizations can offer support by working rest stops, post ride clean up and more. Learn more here The Spring Krusher gathers its name from the weekly riders meetup that starts at the Athens' attraction, Kreme Delite and pedal portions of the Noah Bike Trail - a 89-mile marked trail along county roads suitable for cycling, motorcycling and even the family car. Taking an additional note from this weekly gathering, cyclist will enjoy ice cream sundaes at the finishing line in specially designed glasses commemorating the ride.
