Ardmore High School Marks 100 Years During Crape Myrtle Festival

The town of Ardmore is in a unique position to be in two states, four counties, two town but still pull together as one community.  One of the community's uniting forces is Ardmore High School and that cornerstone is preparing to mark its centennial on..

... August 25th during the annual Ardmore Crape Myrtle Festival.

Students, staff and administration both past and present, alumni, and the public are invited to grand event celebrating the history of the school and students starting at 2:00PM.   Festivities kick off at 2:30PM in the school library with 1972 Alumna and former teacher, Mrs. Tressie McLemore serving as the Mistress of Ceremony.   Light refreshments courtesy of First National Bank, the school's sponsor, will be available as well.

Displays of yearbooks will be available to peruse through.  A school tour will highlight the recent addition and upgrades made to the school will be available to the public and Ardmore High School families.
