If you're coming for the Tennessee Valley Old Time Fiddlers Convention plan your stay to include the free living history stroll-through presentation, Athens Cemetery Stroll, on Sunday from 2:00PM-4:00PM at Athens City Cemetery across from Athens State University on Hobbs Street.
Join Athens-Limestone Tourism and the Hobbs Camp Sons of Confederate Veterans as local volunteers, many of them descendants of those they are portraying, bring the spirits life to tell tales of family, history and more from the families and leading figures of Athens-Limestone history.
Free and open to the public. Donation welcome.
