Athens, AL – The Athens State University Alumni Association hosted the 26th Annual Golf Classic scholarship fundraiser on Thursday, May 18, 2017 at Canebrake Club in Athens. The generosity of golfers, donors and volunteers funded scholarships that were awarded to eight (8) students for 2016-2017 ranging from $1,500-$4,000 annually.
