Extreme Heat Prompts Venue Change for July 21st Show

With the Huntsville National Weather Service issuing Heat Advisories for North Alabama counties including Limestone County on July 20th from 12:00PM to 7:00PM, organizers have decided to heed the warnings for potential heat indexes topping 105-108 degrees continuing into Friday for the safety of patrons and performers.

The Singing on the Square with Matt Prater on July 21st will move to the air-conditioned Vietnam Veterans Building at 17915 West Elm Street in Athens.  The show will maintain its start time of 6:00PM.  The show is free and open to the public thanks to the sponsor, Jimmy Smith Buick-GMC.
