We understand that the recent news and uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation it is a very difficult time for all of us. We are all trying to do the best we can keeping our families together in lite of schools being out, all child care options canceled, and keeping our business together. With that being said:
Our Current Hours
Currently right now under the extreme circumstances and trying to help our current clients over the next 8 weeks re-schedule and post-pone events as they wish, we are working around the clock right to make this happen (all while having children with us).
So please we ask for your patience during this time as our response time is slower than normal. I promise...
...we will get out all quotes, contracts, and answer all emails as soon as we can. Right now we are having to prioritize helping our current clients through mid-May first and then we will work on responding to others ASAP.
We are continually monitoring the situation and the CDC recommendations and requirements, we encourage you to monitor as well so you can make an informed decision for your event. Although the CDC is recommending any events over 10 guest to reschedule over the next 8 weeks (which will bring us to about the second week in May) If you are booked with us during this time and should you have any questions if we haven’t spoken yet, please feel free to contact me directly.
Because of the CDC recommendations, currently at this time we will be holding off any group tastings. As soon as we resume to normal business we will get new dates on the books.
We are however still sending quotes via email, taking phone consultations, virtual tours of the venue, and retainers fees to secure your dates for summer/fall 2020 and all of 2021 should you feel you want to secure your date during this time.
To help secure your date during this time we have lowered our 35% retainer fee down to $500.00 only and all normal payments will resume when we are back to normal business. This is only to secure venue and catering only. All other vendors we be placed on hold until we resume normal business.
Our top priority is everyone’s health and wellbeing. We highly recommend clients everywhere to follow the health advice.
